10/05/17 - Marked as our 3rd wedding anniversary.

Perasaan inginkan baby on our own tu meluap-luap. I think its time for us to get serious in trying to conceive.

After saw the happiness of Mawar & Fizo, we decided to get consultation from Dr Hamid Arshat. Dengan kepakaran Dr Hamid, In sha allah akan menjadi asbab untuk aku pregnant. Amiin.

So, aku whatsapp number dalam Dr Hamid Arshat Facebook page. Nadia namanya. Alhamdulillah, dapat reply on the same day.

As per fb page tu, 1st step is ultrasound scan, where they will scan our rahim and ovaries to see whether is there any abnormal about it and will consult us later. Since it is in bulan puasa, I have to hold my pee, as your bladder must be full to ensure the scan process went well.

So on 10/6/17, we arrived at Dr Hamid Arshat's clinics in Bukit Jalil. We arrived at about 8:45am and I saw several couples waiting outside the consultation room. I went into the registration counter and the staff asked me to put my IC in the basket and wait till they call my name.

Lebih kurang 15 mnt, staff panggil nama and proceed to timbang, and tanya a few questions like, pernah pregnant tak sblm ni, berapa lama dah kahwin and ada penyakit apa2 x. Then, kena tunggu lagi dkt luar for scanning pulak.

Part menunggu ni mmg la stress sikit sbb bulan puasa, xboleh makan minum + mengantuk sbb bangun awal. So almost 45 minutes, then barula kene panggil dgn 1 of the staff. So both of us masuk dlm bilik scan tu and I have to lie on the bed. Husband tunggu kat kerusi.

Then, staff tu pon letak gel sejuk tu dkt perut and the scanning process begin. Die tekan2 dkt kawasan perut kiri & kanan utk check the ovaries. Punyala rasa nak terkencing tu, mmg xboleh tahan. After that, she print the scanned picture and another staff dtg untuk explain.

Lupa nak tnye nama dia. She said both ovaries and my cervix are ok. No sign of lump or cysts. Alhamdulillah. Cuma dia kata, there are several eggs inside the kilang telur but the size are not big enough to disenyawakan. Paling senang cerita I am positive PCOS.

So, she suggest for me to do HSG test. Ape HSG tu, korg boleh google but I will share the experience on the next entry. And she also ask us to buat sperm test. Luckily hubby dah buat last year dkt KPJ Rawang. So the result valid for 2 years, so still boleh diguna pakai. Legala laki aku xyah buat lagi.

After that, we again waited outside until my name being called out for payment. Ok, during payment, the staff asked whether nak buat HSG tu with their panel clinic or our preferred hospital. Since the panel clinic tu mmg selalu handle patient Dr Hamid Arshat, both of us think pergi je la dkt klinik tu.
So kitorg dpt referral letter and also ubat2 for HSG purposses.

(klinik ni dekat bangunan DBKL Jalan Raja Laut - sebelah Maybank)

Ubat Sumbat Punggung

(2 biji kene masukkan 1/2 jam sebelum X-Ray)

Antibiotics

(mesti habiskan - takut kalau infections)

 Ubat Tahan Sakit

(kalau sakit sangat afte X-Ray tu boleh makan)

Total Cost untuk 1st appointment

(sape kata mahal?? Affordable la kan)

So after buat payment, btw scan HSG ni kena buat hari 9/10/11 selepas period taw. Bukan balik2 dari klinik tu boleh terus scan. Lagipun bulan puasa, mana boleh scan, batal puasa nanti. So, once period je, kene call klinik Daya ni untuk appointment and kene call klink Dr Hamid jugak untuk set appointment.

So, lets wait for my next period and doakan saya ye!
